Community Managers Are the New Brand Managers

Great article with Warby Parker co-founder Neil Blumenthal explains why he believes community managers are the new brand managers, primarily because it’s the little things that make a brand great.

“Your brand is part of conversations that are being had in the streets, on Twitter, and on Instagram. And the best that you can do is help influence that dialogue by giving people reasons to talk positively about it.”

I would argue this has been true for some time, but companies who figure it out sooner will thrive. Those who don’t … well… see ya!
