Another online class review for Waterbrush Lettering Essentials over on creative education site skillshare.

The instructor is Teela Cunningham of the artsy/lifestyle blog – which has a ton of lettering freebies and tutorials.

In preparation for the class, I picked up a few different water brushes, which are now the only thing I like to use for watercolors. They’re SO cool to work with. And easy.

The class is a great introduction to using a water brush for hand lettering, I especially enjoyed looking over all of the Student projects in the Gallery. I’ve found that classes are a great way to use new skills I’ve learned in “real classrooms” with suggested projects or extend the skills a bit. Although I do find them a bit less engaging than “real life” – it’s a great way to fit in creative education.
